It Snowed, It Snowed!

Thursday, February 21, 2013

It can only be in the desert that I wake up to snow in February and instantly have a huge grin on my face. I am sure that all of you out there in, well, anywhere outside of the desert, are praying for no more snow and for Spring to come. I know, I've been there. But not here! I didn't realize snow was predicted, so I was incredibly happy to wake up to this this morning. I mean after all, I am a Montana girl. :-)

Has it snowed in your area recently? What gets you through until Spring? So excited!!

  1. I wished for snow and got ice instead! We had a major ice storm here in Missouri. I can't seem to get snow this year. Yours is beautiful and I'm glad it put a smile on your face first thing! Pretty much crafting, gets me through until spring.

    1. Hi Danni! I can't second your feels about ice more. Ice ruins everything. I hope you get one nice (not debilitating) snowfall before Spring comes!

  3. I live in Toronto, Canada so yep we have snow. We had a huge lovely snowstorm at the beginning of February and the snow hasn't left yet. I'm hoping that is gets the message that it is spring in the next three or four weeks - after that snow just isn't welcome. One year it snowed five times in April. Now that is just wrong. I was very cross with the weather that year. We didn't have much snow last year and I have to say that I missed it so I can see why you were so excited when it snowed.

    1. It was crazy on the way to work. Literally it was like there was a line at I-25 and Tramway. If you didn't live east and south you didn't see anything. Really weird.
