Here we are - last Friday in August! It's been a busy month hasn't it? I'm looking forward to this long weekend in honor of Labor Day. I am within striking distance of finishing up my dresser makeover and am only a comforter and wall art away from my bedroom update being complete. Progress is being made at the Ruetten house! I know I keep saying it, but I can't wait for autumn. It is by far my favorite season and I am excited to pull out all of my fall decor. So, to kick off fall early around here, today's Finding Friday is devoted entirely to fall projects!

First up is a great tutorial shared on Upcycled Treasures on how to make DIY paper book pumpkins. Here they were made for placecard holders, but depending on the size you make them they could be decor just in themselves. The tutorial is really detailed and makes the project seem "do-able" so maybe I'll have to tackle this soon!
No need to delve into my love of wreaths because its well known, so just take a look at and enjoy this fall burlap wreath from A Glimpse Inside. She also shares detailed steps on making your own bubble wreath. Love the colors, texture, and feel of this wreath! It is so cute and perfect for the upcoming season!
I cannot describe in words how much I love this fall printable from My Craftily Ever After. It is so cute! She uses a program to create the design and the subway-ish word art that I am definitely going to have to check out. I am printing this to frame when I change up my decor!
Last up this week is an ideea from Orchard Girls to make fall garland from dollar store supplies! She found the paper leaves there then stamped them with the letters. So clever and for so little money she got such a bang!
